At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
KAPHIY SUPPLY takes great care in packaging coffee to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents.

Contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

Include your order number and photos.
We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Please retain the original packaging and damaged items, as they may be required for the claim process.
Lost Shipments
If your tracking information indicates your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 4 days after the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement shipment.
9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order.
KAPHIY SUPPLY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the order.
