Return & Refund Policy

At KAPHIY SUPPLY, we are passionate about bringing you the finest freshly roasted Peruvian specialty coffee. We take great care in sourcing, roasting, and packaging our coffee to ensure exceptional quality and flavor.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and our commitment to providing freshly roasted products, all coffee sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. We are happy to assist in the following situations:


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect items

If the issue is due to an error on our side or shipping mishandling, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.


Quality Concerns

If you believe the quality of the coffee you received is significantly below our standards (for example: stale coffee or visible defects), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide a detailed description of the issue and photos if possible. After reviewing your request, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit for a future purchase.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste preferences, as flavor perception varies from person to person.


Important Considerations

Shipping Delays
KAPHIY SUPPLY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been shipped. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any shipping-related issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations are generally not possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


How to Initiate a Claim

To report a damaged order, incorrect item, or quality concern:

  1.      Email us at kaphiysupply@outlook.com- Subject: Claim

  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue

  3.      Attach photos if the issue involves damage or incorrect items and your       receipt/invoice

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days to work toward a fair resolution.
